None of us is perfect. Never will be.
But, there’s always something people want or expect from us.
So, to have a desire to develop a better personality, there’s a few simple things we should plan on doing.
Lend an Ear to Everyone Who Wants It
When others give you their opinions and give you ideas, don’t discount them.
One part of having an impressive personality means developing the ability to be a good listener. Just hear people out, then take it from there.
It’s like when you want people to hear you out. They want the same.
Be Cautious to Give Out Too Much Advice
Because most folks you meet want to do things their own way, you shouldn’t be too excited about giving your opinions right off the bat.
They want to be free and independent just like you.
Doling out too much advice won’t be appreciated.
And…it mars your personality.
Give out advice only when people ask you directly for it.
Always Be Confident
There’s no need to have knowledge of everything, but you must be confident within your own expertise.
Whether your own line of work, or your favorite hobby. A passion of yours or something you’re known for.
People will approach you about these things and you’ll have to have answers to their questions.
Ensure you’re confident when answering them.
Learn How to Prioritize Your Tasks
You and me, both, have enough on our plates to stay busy all day.
We’ve got professional jobs to do, personal tasks to accomplish and perhaps some social obligations.
All of them need to be fulfilled. Because it’s what we want.
But, they’ve all got different degrees of importance.
To me, prioritizing some of my chores is an art. I must figure which of my jobs is the most important.
Or, one task affecting another. And, which task is less important.
Accomplishing your tasks in this order ensures you are more productive and earn the respect of others.

You Must Respect Everyone for What They Are
They want the same as you.
You can give them the same attention and consideration you want.
Understand others around you are prone to the same limitations, and you’ll become better at treating them well.

Working on these pointers, you’ll be developing an impressive personality that will be immensely enhancing.
Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and this thing must be attained.
