Vadapav Trails in Vadodara – One Spicy Bite at a Time!

Hey guys, Vishal Jadav here!
I’ve just landed in Vadodara, and trust me—my foodie heart couldn’t sit still for a second. The moment I dropped my bags, I was already out on the streets… on a Vadapav hunt! 😄

My first stop? The classic Tasty Vada Pav—soft pav, perfectly fried vada, and a spicy kick that hits just right. But yaar, that was just the beginning. I went on to try Day Night Vadapav, then hit up MMV, and even checked out a bunch of those local stalls with names that sound the same… but their flavours? Totally different!

Some stalls gave me masala-packed vadas with buttery pav that melted in the mouth. Others won me over with that crispy fried mirchi on the side (underrated hero!). But a few? Arre bhai, they forgot the chilli altogether! Felt like something was missing, like watching a movie without popcorn.

Story "
Gazra Cafe is a must-visit! This is Gujarat’s first queer-led cafe, located inside Shri Maharani Chimnabai Stree Udyogalaya near Sursagar Lake, and it’s not just about food—it’s all about inclusivity and good vibes.

Their Vadapav comes with a spicy vada, buttery pav, fried green chilli stuffed inside, red garlic chutney, and even spicy boondi—traditional, but with their own bold flavour.
The staff is super friendly, the place is colourful and full of history, and every dish is made with ingredients grown right there on the premises."

What I loved most wasn’t just the taste—it was the vibe at each stop.

One bhaiya joked non-stop while serving.

Another stall had college crowd full-on masti mode.

And then there were peaceful corners where I could just enjoy my snack with the streets of Vadodara passing by.

In this city, Vadapav isn’t just a snack—it’s a full-blown mood.
Some spots are paisa-vasool, some are just okay, but all of them? They’re stories in a bun.

So if you’re in Baroda and you know any hidden Vadapav gems I missed—send them my way!
Because one thing’s for sure...

"In Vadodara, every Vadapav has a story—and I’m here to eat them all, one spicy bite at a time!" 🌶️
